Pampered kids shall burn in hell!
Sooooooooooo, I knocked off at 6pm today. So I took the train home....
So before I got into the train, I saw this Mother carrying her daughter who looks 5-7 yrs old. Yes, carrying cos she was sleeping soundly. Besides carrying her daughter, she had a Barney plush toy in hand and a handbag. So I didnt care much.. I mean it's not surprising to see Mothers carrying their kid. So all of us got up the train, I was standing against the window and the lady(Mother) was standing opposite me in the packed train.(as usual) still had her daughter in her arms, sleeping. Around 10 minutes of teh train journey, the Mother couldnt take it anymore cos her daughter was heavy.. Why I said so? Well, 1stly.. the kid's mother is a small petite lady herself. While her daughter is pretty big for her age. Imagine, a petite young mother carrying her big kid whose aged 7 or older? Who can go through the whole train journey of probably 15 minutes or longer carrying their big kid? I dont know about y'all, but I know I cant if I had a kid this big who still wants me to carry her cos she's tired and wants to sleep. So her daughter woke up and her mom asked her to get off cos she cant carry her anymore. Guess what that kid do? Refuse to get off her mom and insist her mom to carry her. And trust me, I looked at the 2 girls for the whole 5 minutes. There her mom was trying to find a right position so that her arms wont break from carrying her pampered big-size daughter and the daughter just closed her eyes and pretended to sleep, took for granted that her mom would eventually find a way to continue carrying her while she difts to lala-land searching for unicorns and candy houses. So a few times, I cld see the lady asking her daughter to wake up and stand, she didnt want to. So the lady was looking allstupid to leave one of her legs up to support her daughter with her thigh. Den tryna carry her up like how newly weds to when the husband carries his wife to the bed during their wedding night. Again she couldnt cos her daughter's TOO heavy.(thats what I see.) Her mom was trying so hard to carry her properly till the kid's shirt was half way up, exposing her tummy. -_- So in the end she carried her in a way that her daughter looks like a Koala Bear hugging the gumtree. But this time, the lady used the train window as support. So it wont be as bad as before. I was saing to myself in my heart, "if this is my kid. I would teach her a lesson when we get home." I mean come on, I know u love your kid but thats NOT the way to pamper them. And kids, dont take things for granted. U're 7 years or older, learn to stand and if you're tired, control.. I mean even master how to sleepw hile standing up instead of asking ur mom carry you, when u know you're a big kid urself. Even if you're small. U dont ask ur parents to carry u around. Thats even worse den you sitting in a baby's stroller. I find parents these days are a lil too over-protective of their kids. Till the kids step over their parents head. Have u seen kids beating their parents in public places? Like smacking their Dad/ Mom's face just cos he/ she didnt get what he/ she wants? Ive seen that MANY times. Or kids screaming at their parents over requests like toys or candy like its an order. I dont know about all of you if u did that when you're a kid all those years ago. I know I havent. The most I did? Sitting on the floor and refuse to leave the toy department, crying like crazy and kicking floors cos my Mom refuse to get me the toy I wanted. Other than that, I swear I havent done any of the above mentioned like what pampered brats do now. Fo sure! I know I wld get my ass whooped when I get home if I show any of that behaviour in public. Never imagine what I wld have gotten myself into if I gave a smack on my parent's face man. I mean if it's on my mom, I wont get punish so bad. But if it's on my Dad. Boy, I get more than tongue lashing and ass-whoopin' Maybe a few Muay Thai punches on my face or something. HAHAHA! But yeah, I wld get 100times worse...... |
