So yes, as promised. I did the Rainbow Cupcakes, last night and I took pitcures of it!

Yeah I have to, it wont be all that exciting if I did it, keep it in the fridge and enjoy it myself and not show y'all how bautiful the colors are, right??? :D

The red looks pink to me and I wanted Barney the Dinosaur kinda purple, I got this instead. -_-

Dont the greeeeeeeeeeennn just looks too good to be eaten? I gave my colleague one earlier on at work, he gt freaked out why the cake was this shade of green. But he gobbled up eveyrthing, still. :D

So the 2nd batch were the green colored ones. I forgot to add in the green colored batter for my 1st batch of cupcakes, thats why u didnt see any green in the 1st batch of cakes. :/ Other wise it wld have looked even better!


Again, I took a big bite of the second cake to show u the colorssssss..

Gorgeous, isnt it? I like the color combination for this cake than the 1st one. :b Maybe these 3 are my fav colors. HAHA.


Thou the cakes looked and taste good. What I hate about it is that, I had bits of the cake stuck on my fingers, cos it was a lil sticky due to the condesation.

Caught this movie with Suf, today. It was awesome......

Well, made me grab Suf's arm a few times.. She was like "Stop grabbing my arm!"

It was awesome cos it's in 3D. U know ive been harping on and on how exciting 3D movies are, even thou I dont get to watch it everytime.

I mean, these days alot of movies are in 3D format. Ticket pricing is a lil more expensive but still, it's worth it!

Im still looking forward to more 3D movies. :D

What's interesting about Final Destination is that they make u wanna see how the next person die. The way they were killed. :X

Well if u like watching body parts falling out. Human heads getting chopped off, eyeballs dangling outta eye sockets and blood gushing out from mouth/ throat or maybe ears..

U'll like this show. Although I heard this head being chopped offm eyeball dangling is nothing compared to Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I dont know, I havent watch that before. Haha...

If I were to interview the creator/ script-writer of the Final Destination movie/s. I wld ask him this question:

"Why is it you create the scenes in all the Final Destination movie/s, where by th epeople in there gte killed in places where alot of people like u and me go to, use em and stuff?"

Like if u have watched all the parts of the Final Destination movie. U find the characters in the movie dying in a gruesome way at places like,

Tanning studios.
Lifts.(Elevators)
Escalators.
Salons.(WTH! I KNOW.)
Gym.
Amusement Parks.

& many more, I can't remember. U know all that places(most) where people like u & I wld visit. Makes me freak out and think if I wld die like how the characters die in the movie. LOL.

So yeah after the movie, we were taking the escalator(!!) down and Suf asked me "U freaking out now? Cos we're taking the escalator!"

What a bitch. HAHAA!

So Ive been told the Annual Hungry Ghost Festival is today and for the whole entire month!(Going by the Chinese calendar. Which is usually not the whole 30 days thing.) ):

Not that I'm scared or anything, but have been told since I was a kid that, on this day..

The hell gate would be open for a month for the spirits to wander around. The spirits wld wander around and go take a look at how their descendants are doing and stuff..

People would buy food to offer and pay respects to their ancestors or family members who had already passed away. U see getais(Like some concert for Chinese aunties and uncles.) Wayang shows.(I get so freaked looking at their face which is painted in pink and white!) every where.. Instead of thinking that it's a scary thing to be praying to spirits(Am I right?) People wld take it as a celebration for them. Hah.

And my mom added in stuff like I cant go swimming during this month cos there wld be spirits called the 'Water Spirits' tha would be wandering around places like the sea/ swimming pool to 'pull' on kids legs while they're swimming. So if you're the unlucky one, you will get it.

Not to loiter around places late at night, go home immediately. which I'll do that cos now I go home straight after work! There are no places and people for me to hang out with. Duh. LOL

Remembered when I was younger, my mom told me about not to loiter around places after school or where ever at night on the Hungry Ghosts Festival period. I hate it cos on weeknights I had to go for tuition.. And after tuition class(Which is around 9pm.) I quickly get off from class and cycle back home like a madman! Cos Im afraid!

HAHAHAHAHAHHA!

Will u not be afraid if your Mom or Dad told you all of this when you were younger? I dont know about you people, but I know I nearly shit my pants when I was told! -_-

I wonder why Chinese parents love telling such stories to scare their kids! Its like they got frightened like that by our grandparents when they were younger and now they are doing it on us. Does it mean we do that too when we have kids on our own in the near future?

But I gotta be careful not to step on the ashes or any thing that looks like offerings to the spirits. I dont wanna offend them or anything! Might sound superstitious, but better be safe than sorry!

Dont ask me any more questions about the festival. It's one festival I will NEVER get it! Even I'm a Chinese myself.

I heard the fasting month is round the corner too! When is it? This Saturday? Wooh, I'm looking forward to Hari Raya, actually. Not because I celebrate it, but I want my Malay friends to invite me to their house! So that I can see their nicely decorated houses and not forgetting their mouth-watering food. I was thinking if I don't put on contacts/ glasses like for another period of time. Who knows, I dont need any of those things anymore!? Wonderful! LOL

People always tell me, if u need glasses/ contacts go get them prescribed. I do have a pair of contacts but Im just tooooo lazy to put em on every morning. So I go to work like that all day long. I only have them on when I feel like it.

LOL, to my surprise.. I was expecting for the degrees to shoot up but it went down instead. Heh.......

This proves something. HAAAAAAAA.

havent been updating for a couple of days. well firstly, im busy with work and im pretty caught up with some stuff these days that make me neglect this whole blog thing. lol..

so for the past 3 days, ive been using the Hawaiian Tropic moisturizer, religiously. to avoid all that dry skin from flaking and causing a mess. my face is starting to peel and its so annoying!

i have to apply all that facial moisturizer to conceal all the dry skin forming on my face thats visible when moisturizer is not applied, just imagine people on the street see me havng all that dry skin sticking on my face? they might think i have some kinda skin disease. zzz.

i feel like a snake now going throu the skin shedding process. lol.

ok, thats allfor now.. i knowits boring u. i wld try to come up with an interesting entry asap! :D

thanks to Banana Boat's tanning oil with SPF 0! making me look like a lobster. lol. not a good idea to apply tanning oil with SPF 0. should get like SPF 30 to achieve a tan not like what ive gotten myself into. zz. lol.

we did not use the bathroom at Cafe Del Mar(yeah, we went tanning at that place.) cos it not really clean and yes, its fully packed. so we took a tram to another nearby bath room to bathe..

feeling so warm and hot after 3 soild hours under MR BIG SUN. boy, it feels good to stand under running cold water to have your shower. (;
