i think i must slap myself already. i slept right fater i got home last night(and thats after showering.) so tired. i vow to wake up at 7am to go jogging at the stadium or wherever la.

i even text my brother before i doze off that im borrowing his running shoes.

so i woke up, i looked at the time, it was 7:15am akready. so i told myself. ok, lemme sleep for another 5 minutes..

..who knows, after that '5 minutes', i heard... my dad:

"CARON, WAKE UP. ITS 10AM ALREADY."

damn, 5 minutes to 10am. THATS LIKE MORE DEN 2 HOURS.

so should i slap myself?! i need to practise self-discipline.
