 You should go look at this site if you have not! If youre interested in baking as well. :D www.bettycrocker.com So, it was a Sunday, yesterday.(ok, 2 days ago.) & I ended work at 7pm.. Headed over to Jason's marketplace to look for items to bake. & I got my hands on this awesome cake mix!  $5. But it taste so gooooooood. "Cheh! You cheated! Used cake mix." YOU THINK TO BAKE A CAKE FROM SCRATCH IS EASY?! I TRIED AND I FAILED MANY TIMES! If you add in the wrong measurement of items need to be added in the cake mix. It will not turn out right too!(That applies to people not knowing how to read despite, instructions were stated clearly at the back of the box. :P) I mixed the batter up and place the batter in small muffin cups and sent it to the oven for baking. After 20 minutes, allowed more time for the cake to cool down.. Before I started diping the top of the cake with royal icing. Found the icing recipe on one the many cookbooks in my room. (: I had fun making the royal icing. Added food coloring. So I had blue and red. Mix this 2 colors up and i got purple! :D After getting icing on the cake. I let it set and ended off with sprinking hudreds and thousands on it.. :b End product:     !!! ** How is it?! Ok, I know.. Couple of pictures, the icing was flowing down to the sides of the cake. Its my 1st time doing this, pardon me! Im not perfect, Im still learning! Lol..  Your, truly.. With puffy lookin eyes. & I look burnt in the picture. ** So I left all of them in the fridge, had 2 just now. Still taste great, eating it straight out of the fridge. :D Wait till I get proper muffin trays and frosing. I will do better lookin ones! I can already picture how awesome cupcakes wld turn out. :b ** Im sleepy from looking at all the videos. LOL. CIAO! ** I turned on the electric water jug to heat up water for cup noodles, now the water is already boiled for the past 30 mins or so.. I dont feel like having it already. Dang! All I wanna do now is S.L.E.E.P.. :/ |
