i am blogging this shit at risk now. cos this computer is insane! it shuts down by itself without any warning. urgh.

so the other day i was saying, i used up almost 1/4 of my salary to pay for the change of a new motherboard for this sickening computer. i thought all wld be fine. guess what? its getting worse. besides, shutting down by itself without any warning. i have to reboot the system for more than 5 times, in order to get this shit working again.

looks like the new motherboard isnt helping at all. my bro even reformatted the computer. it still doesnt work and the thing which pisses me off is that, the company keeps charging us if we send it back for repair again. knn! u didnt do your job properly, repairing this shit. all u know is giving us a big fat bill for us to pay and pay. & all u do is to tell us, 'oh ur motherboard is screwed. we have to change it fr u. just pay $_____. u can come collect it next week.'

so we paid and we got shit back. we cal u guys up again, u tell us.. "oh hey. maybe its screwed again due to BLA BLA BLA. u can send it back to us again for us to diagnose the problem."

oh yeah, easier den said. we have to fucking take a train down which is an hour long. cos its at fucking JURONG EAST. u think we stay at lakeside or chinese garden is it?! not only that, after we get it back we have to go change teh system ourselves in order for it to function properly, if its so much of a hassle after repairing and claiming its ok.. i rather u dun cal us up and tell us its ready ffor collection.

whats the point!? we send it to you for repair cos we trust your services and what not. not to send it to you and get it back to recieve more problems and get all frustrated about it.

i am trying my best here to apply whatever computer knowledge skills ive recieved during the time when i am still in school to fix this shit up. but it still doesnt work!

i will be waiting for tomorrow. you wld be sending your technician/s down to look into it. even if im loaded, thats not the way for me to pay and pay for the repair and at the end of the day, i see no improvement of the condition of teh computer. and mind you, this computer is only a year old! thas the part which pisses me off more.

given the chance, i wld definitely not buy teh range of computers u offer.(the brand i mean.) thou it had attracted quite a number of buyers. however, i think it suck ballzx. cos teh price is slightly more cheaper/ reasonable den other brands. but i dont think its cheap when my aunt paid for it. its $1.4k! cheap for a desktop? 700 dollars more, i can get a macbook already! -_-
