i know its pretty lame to have small lil arguments over small little unimportant issues with your parents. if there's a possibility not to argue, by all means, dont do so...

1stly, u can never be the winner.(for me, at least. i know i always lose out when they resort to violence. that's my dad. he thinks yr' 2008, the 21st century.. is still kampong-living, long kang-fish catching days.)

2ndly, they wld start announcing death penalties/ sentences & what's not.("you'll be grounded till i say youre able to do this and that!")

ending off with, 'may god have mercy on your soul.'(isnt that what the judge in the court says when ure getting a death sentence of that sort? lol.)

3rdly, when you start protesting that it's unfair and claim that they are picking on you.. they firmly say no and say your actions had made them mad and we deserved the consequences given!
